What does Q Madar build?

Can you design Arabic and English together?
Yes. We design both reading directions as one system instead of treating Arabic as an afterthought, then test layout, typography and interaction in each language.
How does a project start, and how long does it take?
We begin with your goal, audience and requirements. Timing depends on scope; the approved proposal sets the phases, milestones and delivery plan before implementation begins.
Who owns the design and code after delivery?
Ownership, source-file handover, licences and third-party components are stated clearly in the approved quotation or contract for each project.
Can I update the website after launch?
Yes. We can provide an admin workflow, documented editable files or an agreed maintenance plan, depending on the project and what your team wants to manage.
Do you provide hosting and support after launch?
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and improvement options are available when included in the agreed project plan. The exact coverage and response terms are confirmed before launch.
Can Q GET work for more than one branch?
Yes. Q GET can support branches, staff permissions, ordering, cashier, loyalty, offers and reporting from one connected system.
Is Q Madar ISO certified?
No—not yet. Q Madar is working through ISO readiness and certification requirements. The process is still in progress, and no certificate has been issued. We will publish the exact standard, scope, issuer and verification details only after formal issuance.
How is information submitted through the website handled?
