Clear terms. Respectful privacy.
A plain-language explanation of how this website works, what information it receives and the choices available to you.
Website use
This website presents Q Madar services, published work and ways to contact our team. Please use it lawfully and do not disrupt, misuse, copy protected material without permission, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or connected systems.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or Q GET application does not create a contract. Scope, price, payment, delivery, support, ownership, licences and any third-party services are confirmed separately in an approved quotation or contract.
Information we receive
Depending on the feature you choose, we may receive your name, business name, email, mobile number, business type, project requirements, preferred budget or timing, Q GET selections, messages sent to Q, and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, understand requirements, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, operate Q GET and Q, maintain security, improve the experience and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. We do not sell information submitted through this website.
Q Intelligence
When you chat with Q, your current question and a short in-memory window of recent messages from that chat are sent to the assistant service so it can understand follow-up questions and guide you to a Q Madar service. The website does not save this chat history in your browser. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential material. Q provides general service guidance, not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Service providers and external channels
Information may be processed through hosting, application, communications and security providers needed to run the website and respond to you. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or a social platform, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Retention and security
We aim to keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, agreed service, business records, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. 13 of 2016 provides rights in applicable circumstances, including requests to access, correct or erase personal data, object to unnecessary processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
Browser storage and cookie choices
Necessary browser storage remembers your language, theme, motion preference, session continuity and privacy choice. No analytics or advertising services are currently loaded, and optional consent is denied by default. If optional services are introduced, we will update this notice and its policy version before activation so visitors are asked again. Your choice is stored as a validated, versioned preference; if browser storage is blocked it may last only for the current page. You can open Cookie details from the footer or clear this site’s browser data to reset saved preferences.
External links and updates
Links to project websites, app stores and social networks are provided for convenience; their content and practices are controlled by their owners. We may update this notice when the website, services or legal requirements change and will revise the date shown above.
